The Shook Family Cemetery is located on Kemp Lane on the western edge of Frederick City (near Shookstown) in Frederick County, Maryland.  The Shook family homestead built in 1745 was demolished by developers in 1995 and was accross the road from the cemetery.  There are two sets of pictures included in the following directory.  Those with format NNN_N.JPG were taken in 1995.  Those with format NNNNNN-R1-NN-N_N.JPG were taken in 1987.  Please note that the homestead can be seen in some of the pictures taken in 1987.  These pictures are courtesy of Caroline Eader, carolineeader@msn.com, and taken by her mother, Edith Eader.
