!His obituary in the "Centre Daily Times" of Sat. 17 May 1997 read: "Bruc e M. Corman, 85, of Bellefonte, died Friday, May 16, 1997, at his residen ce. He was born Oct. 4, 1911, in Benner Township, a son of the late Ern est and Bertha May Corman. On July 13, 1935, in Cumberland, Md., he marr ied E. Louise Behers, who died Feb. 11, 1996. He was a kiln operator fo r National Gypsum of Bellefonte, retiring in 1975 after 47 years. He wa s a member of Valley View United Methodist Church, Bellefonte. He is sur vived by three daughters, Janet Haberman of Tucson, Ariz., Julia Dickinso n of Moultrie, Ga., and Lois A. Corman of Arlington, Mass.; 14 grandchild ren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. M onday at Wetzler Funeral Home, 206 N. Spring St., Bellefonte. The funera l will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. David A. Vo gan officiating. Burial will be in Meyer Cemetery, Benner Township. Mem orial contributions may be made to Valley View United Methodist Church, 1 438 Buffalo Run Road, Bellefonte, Pa. 16823."
