H e was born April 26, 1976, in College Township, a son of Willis Jr. and D ebra Fetzer Houser of Bellefonte. He was a 1994 graduate of Bellefonte A rea High School. He was a member of the Valley View United Methodist Chu rch, where he was a member of the Christian Fellowship Group. He was a m ember of Boy Scout Troop 370, achieving the rank of Eagle Scout, and a me mber of the National Honor Society. He was a volunteer library aide at t he Benner Township Elementary School. He enjoyed boating, fishing, trave l and shopping. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother , Jonathan Houser of Bellefonte; maternal grandparents, Richard and Glady s Baylets Fetzer of Bellefonte; and paternal grandfather, Willis Houser S r. of Bellefonte. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Wetzl er Funeral Home, 206 N. Spring St., Bellefonte. The funeral will be at 1 0:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Revs. David Walker and C heryl Houser officiating. Burial will be in Meyer Cemetery, Benner Towns hip.
